I was given fair warning. Nights in Delhi can get pretty chilly, especially for a hot-blooded Goan, not used to temperatures dropping to 18 degrees and below, and Mumbai getting set to cook up the fahrenheit. This summer is predicted to be 2 degrees higher than last year, so gear up for some nasty heat burns.

On this beautiful Spring evening, Delhi at Bikaner House was silk, tissue and vintage jewellery on a night out for the coffee table book launch, ‘The Statesman 50 Classic Years of Vintage Story.’ For lovers of all things vintage, including scotch, cars and cigars, the evening was primed for success.

Organised by the The Statesman group, the 51st Edition of The Annual Statesman Vintage Car Rally, and North India Sotheby’s International Realty delighted invited guests to a soiree of cocktails, dinner and deserving accolades, attended by Delhi society crème de la crème, Sotheby’s International Realty representatives of UK, USA, UAE and other countries and India & International Luxury developers.  The occasion also marked the closing of the two-day Global Luxury Conclave held at the Taj Palace Hotel which created a benchmark on luxury realty, and here’s looking forward to the next edition, next year.
